Title: Firmware Update - Unit Reboot Time
Post by: BEKSupport on May 21, 2013, 10:36:40 AM

I recently began the firmware update from 1.14 to the latest update; it is currently sitting at a screen telling me:

"Updating Firmware...

Please do not close or refresh this window until the firmware update is completed.

Details:

Progress: The machine must be restarted to enable the firmware settings.  Please wait until the restart process is complete."

It has not moved from this screen for 20 minutes but in "NAS Navigator" the terastation disappeared and reappeared a few moments later.  Is this a sign that I can reopen the "Web Settings" page, or should I continue to wait for the "Web Settings" page I all ready have open to refresh on its own?

Consider this closed - I opened a new "Web Settings" page and it appears the restart doesn't automatically log back you back into that portal.
