Title: FTP and a LinkStation LS-WX2.0TL/R1

For some reason, I can't access my Linkstation via FTP unless my PC is on and NASNavigator is running. Is there something I am missing? This seems counter productive if that's the way it is supposed to work. I am not using the WebAccess feature I am just trying to access the device via FTP using a secure port. I know port forwarding is setup correctly but for some reason it ONLY works once my PC is on and NASNavigator is running in the tray.

Maybe the power switch is in "auto" position and goes off after a while. Make sure it is in the "on" position (middle).

I forgot all about that switch. That is exactly what was happening. Thanks Escher!
