Title: Web Access not asking for password
Post by: Jamaro85 on May 17, 2013, 06:11:06 PM

Does anybody else have this problem?  I have Web Access set up on my LS-XH1.0TL with a name and key.  When I go to buffalonas.com and type in my name it goes straight into accessing my files without asking for a key.  The same happens if using the iPhone app - enter in my name and I am granted instant read access to my NAS.  I have Google'd around and found nothing on the matter.  Any insight is appreciated.

Do you have access set to anonymous for your folder?

I dont know much about web access, i tried it but it was way to slow for me, however, does you browser 'remember' usernames and passwords? Could your browser be autocompleting the fields?
