Title: HD failure, installed 4 formatted (NTSF) drives in ls-q4.otl/r5 get 6 red blinks (invalid drive)

Apparently one of 4 hard drives in ls-q4.otl/r5 has failed.  I replaced 4 1TB drives that I formatted ntsf on an xp box.  When I power up the terrastation the 4 drives go ready but the power light blinks 6 times (drive not recognized).  NasNavigator does not see the terrastation at all.  What can I do?

Follow FAQ 3 of 5 in the torage section to TFTP the unit, this will put it into EM mode and then you reinstall the firmware.
