Title: HD- LBU2 problem

I am having prolems with my HDD, I have read over several other threads bu have not found the problem I seem to be having.

 

I have tried the HDD on another windows 7 computer and plugged it directly ino the mains and swapped the usb cable and the usb port it was plugged into.

 

When I try to go into Disk Managnement however all I get is "Connecting To Virtual Disk Service" at the bottom of the window and then nothing.

 

Any help ism assively .
