Title: LS- WTGL/R1 formatting is not working

Hello,

i bought an used Linkstation Pro Duo LS- WTGL/R1 with two 500GB HDDs. Im trying to format the storage because the guy I bought it from left some files. But for some reason its not working. When I try to format the disks the software always says: "The Disk Format has failed. Confirm each disk`s status via the LEDs on the front panel, reboot the LinkStation and restart the Disk Format process."

I also tried to erase the disks but its not working aswell. The linkstation is turning off after maybe 2min and when I turn it on again nothing happened. 

Can anyone help me with this problem?
