Title: Replica between two BUFFALO LS-WX2.0TL/R1

I have one BUFFALO LS-WX2.0TL/R1 set up in the office, but the designer upload big files 300 mb each and it making the share between everybody very slow. So i was thinking have two BUFFALO LS-WX2.0TL/R1 one for the designer and one for the office, but i want to copy all the new files from the designer NAS to the Office nas.
It this possible? i need something simple not complex. It just every night copy from one nas to another on the new files.
