Title: Urgent Help - HD-CE500U2 Not Found on other PC
Post by: CadmannUK on February 10, 2009, 02:44:18 AM

Hi,

I purchased a new HD-CE500U2 drive to back up all my stuff when I left my last company. I used the Secure Lock Software and encrypted the drive. I copied all the stuff I wanted onto the disk, added more on another day, and copied some music and photo's onto it. I have since left that place of work. A week later, in my new position, I need to get some stuff off the disk. When I plug it in it isn't recognized, but shows up under disk management and shows as an unknown format? (It was a NTFS encrypted one I thought)

How can I get these files off the disk..

You need to install SecureLockWare on the computer for it to recognize the drive.
