Title: TS-RL16TL/R5 very slow

Any ideas why my new TS-RX16TL is transferring files at around 500kbs?

hate to waste 16 TB of space... but simple things like formatting a partition (1GB) is taking over an hour.

any ideas?? network is running (and confirmed) at 1Gbs/Full.

firmware is 1.57 (not latest, but fairly new)
