Title: RAID Utility not working

I have a DriveStation Quattro HD-QS4.0TSU2/R5 4TB and the RAID utility will not detect my device.  Via USB I've tried multiple machines, downloaded and installed different copies of the utility to no avail.  I can see and format the device in Disk Management in Windows as well as Disk Utility in Mac OS X.  I cannot however, get the RAID utility to work AT ALL.

 

Is this just me or is there another issue here?

 

Win XP Pro SP 2

Mac OS X 10.5.6

 

Please help, this is very frustrating.

   I solved this myself.  I finally found the disk that came with the device and that utility worked.  The one downloaded from the site does not work...Thanks for nothing Buffalo support team.
