Title: TS 5400 Restoring Factory Defaults - no progress

Hello, Restoring Factory Defaults process on a 5400 8TB unit was initiated 36 hours ago but still shows no progress = 0% (see attachment) , We understand restoring takes several days but web-admin do not show changes, if process is "stuck" what should be the next step?
