Title: LS-WVL355 JSON format incorrect error message in changing views

When I access the LS-WVL355 from a PC not on my network it opens to the folders and large icons of the files. When I attempt to change the view such as to Date Modified or Details or any other view, I receive the error message JSON Format Sending Incorrect.

Can you tell me how to resolve this issue?
