Title: Problem connecting HD-PNTU3 to Win8

I have this new HD-PNTU3 and Win8 pc. Everytime, it is successfully connected but only for one/first time. Sebsequent unplug & replug into Win8 failed (LED remains in red, and no prompt for password). The only way to connect it again is to reboot my Win8 pc. It is password protected.

Any suggestion would be most appreciated.
