is the power LED solid or flashing? What colour is it?

When I Get Home I will attempt this again with my other TV computer. I will Disable the ANTI Virus & Firewall. Thanks alot Brother.

if the blue LED is always flashing then it is not booting correctly. Try and get it into EM mode (look at the FAQs) and reinstall the firmware.

I Attempted The EM mode & it Still did not solve My Linking Problem Still getting MY Blue Flashing light. No Boot up. NAS Will not Recognize my Hard drive.  Mick :)

me, too, having this problem, it seems in a dead loop in the booting-up-and-disk-ckecking process

 

(can hear reading the disk for about half minute-then a sound like powered-off- then again disk reading...)

 

actually before this, it automatically is in EM mode (seen from NAS navigator), dont know why and how.

 

tried the FAQs, reinstall firmware - 'cant wirte firmeware file', TFTP not working ....

 

 

I even opened it and took the harddrive out to an external HDD docking station, neither Mac or PC recognise it (saying need to format)

 

So, PLZ PLZ somebody help!
