Title: Missing BuffaloNAS.com name...its driving my nuts!!!!

I am trying to set up my linkstation LS-XL with a BuffaloNAS.com name in order for me to be able to access files over the internet. I have tried following the instructions on the Buffalo website but i keep getting the following message "Port forwarding failed. Use manual setup".

 

Did anyone else have the same problem and if so how did you resolve it?
