Title: Admin password reset needed LS-X2.0TL

I have a LS-X2.0TL NAS and the admin password is not working now. Can anyone help to recover or reset it please?

My LS-X1.0TL having the same problem..

Having the same problem with my LS-CHL.

I believe a solution is to get a file downloaded called "LS Recovery.zip" - but this file is not available anywhere.

Does someone have this file please ?
