Title: win8 OS ,my PC can't wake up with USB keyboard and mouse from sleep or hibernate used HD-PATU3-1T

win8 OS ,my PC can't wake up with USB keyboard and mouse from sleep or hibernate used HD-PATU3-1T, the HD-PATU3-1T lie to usb3.0 connector, but when I remove HD-PATU-1T ,it can wake up with USB keyborad and mouse .
