Hi everyone,

I bought this Drive Station HD-QLSU2 from Japan, everything OK until one day i replace hard drive and download new Drive Navigator. This new version released May 2012, u can find here http://buffalo.jp/download/driver/hd/hd-qlsu2r5_dnavi.html

But when i execute DriveNavi.exe, it said " Could not open a file. Stopped." . I try to download older version from Buffalo's US and Asia Website but they said "Invalid Serial Number". Please help me

what OS are you running the exe file on?

Thanks for reply. I ran the exe file on my Laptop and Desktop, both are Window 7, but same error

have you tried running it in compatibilty mode with Windows XP service pack 3?

Yes, i am. I tried with Administrator account in XP SP2, 3 and Vista but same error. Could u upload the DriveNavi 1.00 for me ? Maybe it will fix. Thanks

Looking at the specs of the software it is only supported on Vista, XP and 2000

May i confused when i see website write it supported Win 7 ? Here is OS supported by version 1.11Windows XP (32bit), Windows Vista (32bit/64bit),
　Windows seven (32bit/64bit), Windows Server 2 003 (32bit),
　Windows server 2 003 R2 (32bit), Windows server 2008 (32bit/64bit),
　Windows server 2008 R2 (64bit)
