Title: permission denied for back up files
Post by: lutzy on March 21, 2013, 06:31:53 PM

I have a 500g ministation. I used it to back up my laptop. That laptop died and I am trying to get files off the ministation with my new laptop. It is telling me "You don't currently have permission to access this folder." There has to be a way to get permission. Can someone lead me in the right direction?

The laptop you backup the files from originally, is it the same OS as your new laptop?
