Title: buffalo 1 tb ministation cutting off and on when i move it
Post by: robriot on March 21, 2013, 06:30:11 PM

Hi Guys

This is my first post here im hoping ive came to the right place. I am the owner of a ministation buffalo one terrabyte external hard drive and I use the ministation in conjunction with my serato scratch live for djaying.

Recently the ministation has been cutting off when i move it and ive changed the lead that goes from the ministation to the usb on the laptop. Ive wiggled the wire very lightly  that connects to the station and it seems as if the station port is a little loose and it seems to cut off sometimes when i move it then back on again as if there is a problem with the port.

Does anyone have an idea of what I should do to get this fixed? I could not afford to have it cut off when im playing out at an event.

Thank you any help appreciated

Robert

sounds like the USB port / connection on the Ministation is loose, if its still in warranty id opt for a replacement.
