Title: Problems with downloading Link Navigator

I've got a LinkStation Pro with model number LS-W1.OTGL/R1-EU and used it together with a PC running Windows XP. Now I want a link to another PC with Windows 7, but my disk with Link Navigator can't be read in Windows7. I'm trying to download from the Buffalo site but when I type my serial number in it says:  Invalid input: Product Serial Number

 

How can I get my Navigator software now that my disk does not work? Help!
