Title: Terastation PRO - TS-RHTGL/R5 Inaccessable

Getting a "ARRAY1       I14" Checking message on LED

 

Tried to boot in EM mode, no luck.

 

Tried to update firmware, tool sees the device but doesnt allow upgrade.

 

Try to log into device and get the following message:

 

An error occurred within LinkStation settings. Please click here to set again

 

doesnt matter how many times you click here, never works.

 

any suggestions?   time to upgrade to a newer model?

 

Data on unit is not important and is elsewhere, so losing anything is no concern
