Title: LS-CH1.0L-US Reset Switch for Firmware flub

Im following directions on forcing a firmware upgrade and in my case I have to press the reset button. I dont see a reset button on the back of the unit or in the manual. I have 2 holes one to the right of the USB and one to the right of the ethernet connection. Nither seems to have a button inside, since nothing happens when I put a paperclip in to them. Any help?
