Title: HD-PCTU3 USB 3.0 problems

Hi there,

I recently upgraded my desktop PC, however when I connect my external HDD through the USB 3.0 port it is only recognising it as USB 2.0. I've tried updating drivers and editing Windows' power plan however this hasn't helped.

If anyone could help solve this it would be greatly appreciated.
