Title: replication differs in size

We have 2 TS5800D3208's that are set up to replicate from NAS1 to NAS2. Both devices were the same size until we changed a folder name and after it replicated to the 2nd device. Now NAS2 is 25.5 gigs bigger than NAS1. Any idea why there would be a size difference and should I worry about this problem. The trashbox has also been cleaned out.
