Title: One last Salvo.. Please Help

Greetings,

 

I recently picked up a Terastation TS-6VH12TL/R6 and am having a whirl of a time getting it up and running. I purchased this thing with no drives so I bought 2 new ones, slapped them in and fired it up.  Got stuck at Boot from HDD0 -- Purple LCD Screen.  Plug the Monitor in to Console in and keyboard -- Greeted with a GRUB Error: no boot disk.  Grub Rescue>

 

Ok figured no OS or System partition.....Find out about EM Mode....Device doesn't respond at all like all the walkthroughs say it will.  Always boots up to the same Grub error.  

 

I have successfully booted a Pen XP USB Drive on it so I know the hardware is valid.

 

Please help I know this bugger isn't dead yet!!
