Title: Invalid serial number for LS-WV2.OTL/R1 Cant download Linkstation

I am trying to download linkstation for win 7  The website tells me I have an invalid serial number.  Can anyone help?

I figured out the problem. The serial number is not the number with ( Serial Number ) beside it. The serial number is a 14 digit number on the back of the drive all by itself..  Thanks
