Title: Linkstation Live LS-X10TL Can't connect to linkstation connected to BT Homehub

Hi,  I have recently purchased the Buffalo Linkstation Live LS-X10TL.  I have connected the NAS unit to mu BT Homehub router and I have installed the linkstation software that came with the product but I can't connect to the linkstation.

 

I can see the storage device on my network so I have no idea why I cannot connect

 

Can anyone help please?

If you connect it directly to your PC via ethernet cable and disable your anti virus and firewall software can the nas navigator see it then?

Many thanks!  It was a firewall issue
