Title: reset button not working on ts-x2.0 TL/R5

Need your help guys. My colleague changed the password of our ts-x2 terrastation and now he's gone. I tried to reset it using the button underneath the LCD display but only the IP address changes. I am still unable to log in using the default "admin: and "password"
