Title: Backing up a LinkStation LIVE 2TB
Post by: jeepmann on February 12, 2013, 11:01:34 AM

I have a LinkStation LIVE 2TB on my network at home. I have an iMac, macbook pro, ipad and iphones that are backed up to it as well as all of my music and pictures are stored on it. These pictures are of the kids growing up so I want to back them up. I would like to buy another LinkStation LIVE 2TB and mirror the first one as a back up. Is this posible to do? Can I do it with time machine or will I have to do it another way?

Why not just buy a 2TB USB HDD (cheaper), format it via the linkstation web page and schedule a backup to the USB HDD via the web page (system -> backup)
