Title: Linkstation Pro Duo LS-WVL/R1 Folder Contents Not Showing

I bought a Linkstation Pro Duo LS-WVL/R1 a week ago and installed a 2tb drive. I've been copying media files across to it for several days and suddenly I cannot see data in a lot of the earier folders that I copied. I can't see anything in these folders using web access either but I can see all contents on my Samsung TV using DLNA.

 

I'm using OSX 10.8.

I have found that if I log in as guest I can access all files, but still not when logged in as a user or as admin.
