Title: Administrator password has changed
Post by: string on January 25, 2013, 01:29:57 AM

I purchased a LS-Q4.0TL/R5 online.

I am trying to install the software using the setup utility for Link Navigator 1.30.

After the setup software discovers the unit on the network, I get "setup has failed because administrator password has changed."  I have tried to start it up in EM mode but there are a couple of different proceedures floating around the forums.  I have tried a couple variations but none of them work for me.  Any help would be appriciated.

Thanks,

I have tried that a couple times.  It didn't work.

Here is what I tried.  Let me know if any of these are correct

Option 1:

Power off unit

hold function button for 10 seconds

power on

continue holding 10 seconds

release all

option 2:

power off unit

hold function button for 6 seconds

power on

let go of function button

when function light burns steady, press function button for 1 second and release

option 3:

power off unit

power on while pressing and holding the function button for 6 seconds

release funtion button for 6 seconds

hold function button 6 seconds
