Title: New Buffalo LinkStation Pro Duo powered off every a few minutes

Hi,

I got a new  Buffalo LinkStation Pro Duo, Model is LS-WTGL/R1,

I tried to copy some files to the raid, but it was powered off automatically during the copying process

always, and the network link was broken then, i had to switch it on again to make it online.

Does anybody have the similar situation and any suggestions?

This is not a normal operation, please try to update the firmware from buffalotech.com if this does not work then please call 866-752-6210 for an RMA or exchange the unit at your local retailer.
