Title: RAID1 disk error
Post by: frocca on January 24, 2013, 05:42:09 AM

Getting this error from my unit (LS-WX2.0TL/R1).  Set up as  1 TB RAID1 array.  One disk is showing in error mode.

Error:

E13:Error has occurred at RAID array 1. (2013/01/24 11:08:33)

information:

I12:The RAID array works under degrade mode. (2013/01/24 11:08:22)

Pleease advise how to recover the array - does error disk need reformatting?) and/or whether disk needs replacing.

Thanks, Frank

backup your data, update to 1.64, once done log onto the web admin page -> System -> Storage -> Array1 (under your RAID array options) -> Rebuild RAID.
