Title: FILES ARE DELETED....! BUT IT"S NOT SHOWING THE TOTAL CAPACITY.

Please help I have a LS-CH2.0TL and its 100% Full i actually deleted some files to be decrease the volume so that i can put important files on it. But the problem is when i try to delete a folder with 20GB of capacity and it showed deleted on my screen but the capacity is still 100% Full! i already updated my version to 1.60 and its still the same. Please help thanks alot.

once you delete the files they go into a folder called "trashbox" you need to then delete the files from the trashbox to free up the space.

"Trashbox" okay further info the hard drive is connected to a Mac computer were can i locate the trashbox folder?

Its in whatever folder you are trying to delete the data from.

There's no Trashbox folder on the buffalo drive mate... is it possible that the trashbox folder is invisible? because when i delete one folder there was a pop up icon that it says "you connot undo if you delete this file" so i click yes but after the deleting process the capicity is still there. There's no files also on my trash its all empty.

Post a screen shot of the shared folder settings of your Linkstation. Log onto the admin page -> Shared folders -> Select the share you are trying to delete the data from. Is the recycle bin enabled or disabled here?

I found the trashbox and im trying to delete those files inside of it hope it will delete. Thanks mate..
