Title: Brand new LS-WVL/E, need help. Turned on and blue light blinking

Brand new LS-WVL/E, need help. Turned on and blue light blinking.

It has been blinking about 30 minutes. Step 6 says to press function when light is red.

I did insert previously used 2tb drives into the device. I had plans on formating them and starting fresh.

What do I do now?
