Title: LS-WX2.0TL/R1 flashing red light, one long three short after HDD failure
Post by: dw61204 on January 18, 2013, 09:52:44 PM

Hello,

I'm using a LS-WX2.0TL/R1 set to RAID 1.

I recently noticed the red Info/Error light flashing red....one long flash, then three quick flashes.  I logged into the interface and noticed an error on drive 2.  I had a blank spare drive with the same specs, so I removed the failing drive and put in the fresh drive.

After a reboot, the Info/Error lights still blink in the same pattern.  Now after a few minutes the unit reboots itself.  Eventually, after a few reboots, the unit completely shuts down and I have to pull the power cord to get it to start up again.  Then the cycle repeats itself.

I can no longer log into the interface.  I can still ping the unit without a problem.

Any help anyone can provide would be appreciated.
