I have a TeraStation TS-XEL 2.0 firmware 1.30. I have setup the Active Directory integration. When I go to add a domain user to the access restrictions, it appears that all of the user accounts are showing up in the list with the exception of a couple. I created a couple of new accounts and they even show up. It jus so happens the two that aren't showing up are the two that I actually need to use.
The AD structure consists of several OU's setup for each department. I am seeing users from all of the OU's showing up in the Buffalo. There is only one OU that I am actually concerned with so if there is a way to setup the integratino to only display the accounts from that one OU, that would be fine, if it would fix my issue. Otherwise, it is fine the way it is. I just can't figure out why these couple accounts aren't there.
Can someone offer some assistance on this?
