Title: WebAccess A login fail for LS-WVL40E
Post by: Littomouse on January 15, 2013, 07:54:02 AM

I have no problem accessing webaccess through outside DSL network, however I don't seem to be able to login using my 3G network.  If I connect to DSL with my same phone then  I can login without a problem.  How can I resolve this?

Thanks for the PM, i have just tested your web access name on both an iPhone 5 and Galaxy Note and had no issue with accessing it. Maybe your mobile provider is blocking the port you are using for the web access service?!

Actually my problem is, I will get "Login Fail" if I use 3G network. When I switch on my Wifi then I can login without any problem.

- Seeing "Login Fail" means I can connect to my NAS right? Or else I will get no internet access or something similar.

- Using the browser to do webaccess is fine, regardless on/off site on the mobile/PC.

- Using 3G just can't login regardless what account to use (including admin)

Case update:  I have tested, my phone can do webaccess via Wifi connection not just via 3G.  I used my other phone as tether hot spot and was also able to do that.  Anyone knows what kind of setting I need to change?
