Title: Password Reset/Loss of Data?
Post by: bcbright on January 10, 2013, 04:03:28 PM

I am a new network admin and the guy previous to me didnt leave any passwords or anything.  I have 2 TS-RIXL806 and need to access them as one shows a drive failing.  I understand by doing the reset it'll change the IP and password, but what happens to the drives?  Is there any data loss that will occur?  I'm not familiar with the Terastations and trying to read as much as possible.

THanks in advance for the help!

Brian
