Title: HD-PCU2 cannot be read. Help!!!
Post by: halfbrain on January 09, 2013, 04:42:06 AM

I have an HD-PCU2 that used to work just fine on my laptop (Win 7 64bit) but when i plugged it in today - it wasnt working.

The blue light is still on, I can feel the vibration in the external HD but it doesnt show up in my computer.

I looked into the device manager and it wasnt there. I tried a different external HD and it was detected. I tried the HD-PCU2 on another machine and it still cannot be read. This makes me conclude that the problem is with the HD-PCU2.

Can anyone help me identify what could be wrong here? Can it be a cable issue?

Thanks in advance.
