Hi all, up untill recently I've had no probs with my cloudstaion pro 4tb. Now after coming back and turning the compter/router and 4tb on after 2 weeks the computer (Mac) does not recognise it. So I cant access any files on it or transfer anything to it. Strange thing is though that I can see it over the net, the router sees it (I can ping it) and I can still email links from it and access it remotely. Just cant see it directly from my computer anymore. I'm not much of a tech person as it just worked when I bought it and plugged it in. My media players that I used to stream to cant see it either over the home wireless network.
I just dont know what to do anymore, I feel I tried everything but it wont work. Anyone got any clues? It'll be great if someone can point me in the right direction on this one, thanks!
Reset it via the local admin page and then see if the Nas Navigator can detect it. Also try accessing it from a different MAC / PC on the same network.

Reseting it doesn't work. Interesting that I can access it over my network from my PC though! Thanks for the suggestion. My media players can't see it either.
Does this provide any clues as to where the problem is?
