Title: Downloading Navigator for the LS-QVL series problem with serial number
Post by: kenyoung on January 03, 2013, 09:28:14 PM

Hello

I have a link station qaud LS-QVL 12TL. I am having issues with drive failures and coms very slow and I think it's been since I upgraded to firmware 1.6. Currently trying to load in firmware 1.64 but when it's almost at the end crashes out on an ACP fault. Thought i would update the NAS navigator but my serial number doesn't work when trying to downoad the newer version. I'm using the 14 digit serial number on the back of my box. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Ken

You know the LS-QVL isn't even listed when you search for downloads.  Whats going on here besides incompetence.  How do we download updated software for these devices?  Stop being so stupid, really a serial number, as if the software were so great that someone would want to reverse engineer it for their automatic toilet flusher?  So they could just get it from someone else, DUH! Frustrating, VERY FRUSTRATING.
