Title: I am trying to attach my CX1.0TU2 to my Windows 7 PC

I Initially get a pop up box titled Burn a Disc.  I get the question, How do you want to use this disc. 

 

The use as a USB flash drive is checked and i can't uncheck it or choose the other option With a CD?DVD drive player, which is what I want.  When I click next I get the Disc Format pop up and Disc Format  Disk is write protected

 

How do I get round this?

 

I have seen that there is a Security Slot.  Could this have the above effect?
