Title: Cloudstor Pro does not show any folders in Pogoplug, but shows in local Network

I am able to see all the folders on my CloudStor Pro with any machine on my home network (wired & wireless).

 

But when I go to http://cloudstor.pogoplug.com I can only see the device and when I click on it, it just is trying to search and does nothing.

 

I have Motorola Surfboard cable modem SB6121 and Cisco Router E2500.

 

I called Buffalo and they say it is the router issue. Cisco now wants me to pay for troubleshooting their router.

 

p.s. I even tried reseting the device and also unregistering it. But nothing helped.

 

This was working fine when I had initially setup the Cloudstor. Not sure what caused this to happen.

 

Any help or troubleshooting advice is appreciated.
