Title: Linkstation spin cycle

My Linkstation has taken to spinning continuously sometimes. Neither Windows 7 or Buffalo NAS Navigator 2 can recognize the NAS. I have to physically remove the power cord since the on/off button will not turn off the NAS. Any ideas?
