Title: Help! Lost password

Hi -

 

We had a Buffalo HD-H250LAN set up several years ago.  The password has since been lost.  When I try to sign on to the network, it sees me as a registered user, but I cannot access it without the password.  How can I reset it, or recover it?  

 

I'm not terribly tech savvy, so simple instructions are VERY much appreciated!  :)
