The TS powerups in em o22 state. firmware vers. is 1.57. Navigator finds the NAS but is unable to show any shares. I tried to Force a firmware update connected directly to the nas but it does not find it. Tried resetting the nas but did not change anything. The only thing that I can change is the IP address in Navigator. I can ping it on my network. It also reports no disk array found. Any ideas as to what else to try?

Found the problem. It was the downloaded firmware version.
