Title: help help help my portable HDD - HD-PCTU3 1TB

anyone please help me!!!

i purchased buffalo portable HDD - HD-PCTU3 1TB two weeks back and everything goes smooth but out of sudden it is not detected by my laptop or desktop now

 

symptoms currently appear:


1. drive keeps spinning but no drives shown (before shown as internal drive but now is removable drive)
2. no lights appear (before green light will appear)
3. i tried with other computers, different usb cables, different ports, all same thing happened
 

seagate and wd portable HDD that i bought two years ago are still fine but this buffalo portable HDD was manufactured in sept 2012. i am wondering what is going wrong to my HDD. anyone please help me!!! appreaciate!!!!!

Do you experience this issue when attempting to read the drive with another computer? Also, does the drive show up under Disk Management?
