I have a LS-WV2.0TL/R1 (LS-WVL) updated to 1.63 firmware. Web access works both inside my network and through buffalonas.com from outside my firewall.  I have succesfully downloaded and uploaded from inside and outside of my network.  My iPhone will connect to the NAS using the WebAccess app and I can upload and download manually from inside and out.

 

When I try to set up Automatic Uploading in the app,  I click Set and then it throws an error at me: "Creation of folder failed. Log in using administrator account".  I was already logged in as administrator when I tried, but it gave me a log-in screen so I re-entered my admin credentials.  It threw the same error at me.

 

I reviewed the app documentation and it suggested creating a shared folder named "webaxs" which I did.  I tried setting it up again and I got the same error.

 

I couldn't find anything with specific info related to this, but I'm new to WebAccess and this forum.  Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like automatic upload does not support HTTPS/SSL Encryption. Disabling encryption allowed it to work.

Automatic upload was terminating prematurely until WebAcces I v1.42 was recently released.
